Take what you need, ignore the rest.  I go for those walks,  take a camera.  Even if I don't take a single picture,  the possibility is always there, and it keeps me noticing the way the light falls,  and changes.  Everything you do or see, everything, gets used eventually.

it was motivating and miserable at the same time... LOL  (more motivational, i promise.) but when it gets to number 29 all i can do is laugh like a crazy person.  but will keep trying! :-)  Thank you for posting this one. I come back to it often, Robert.

Oh, I love this!!! Thank you so much for posting it.  Just as I am sitting here, with a big To Do list in front of me, knowing that I need to do the massive rewrite that is waiting for me, I watched this.  If I leave a piece of writing, a big piece, behind for a few weeks, and then try to jump back into it, sometimes it takes me THREE DAYS to engage.  Today I am going to free write, make lists of how to fix the plot.  Thanks again!
