Thanks for the welcome, Michael. I didn't know this was a social network when I joined, just thought I could browse through the garden of tasty bites.

After my 11 day vacation I bought a 24 inch Imac and I have been spending a great deal of time transferring everything over from my old PC. I should be all set up pretty soon and back in business.

LOL! Okay, then I'll tell you! I had a book published and had an injured girl in a bathtub, being tended by two other girls, but I didn't keep her firmly in there during the scene - you know, I let my description drift away. The editor helped me out, and suddenly the other girls were plumping her pillow. I didn't catch it in the galleys, so it's printed there, prolly in the second edition as well as the first, as it is a mess. I had no say about the second edition at all, didn't even know there was going to be one. The new publisher put the wrong covers on the two books, and misspelled the title on the one cover. <*sigh*>

Hiya Michael, Thanks for the welcome, was just wondering if I could pick your brains? Where do I post my writing on here? Struggling a bit with all this, not sure what goes where etc.

Re Country Song: art imitates life... no... life imitates art... no... ah, hell. Maybe its all one big mishmash? It seems like it now that I am playing with taking real life into fiction instead of fiction into real life.

Rilke said, "After all, life is right."

I am of the opinion that Frieda Meyers should show up in more posts... honestly, I do.
