Writers Conference.....All 6s Members are Invited
To make this perfectly plain.....ALL 6s members are invited! Again, the dates are July 14th-thru-17th in Blowing Rock N.C.
Just an update to the HoWo PoWo on main lodge availability.
We now have firm commitments on 7 of the 10 rooms. I have interest from 5 others but no commitment.
If your preference is for the main lodges, please email me asap. We do have backup space at The Cliff Dwellers so no one will get shut out.
In addition, we have two highly respected speakers that have offered to conduct workshops on 'Short Stories' and another brave soul on 'Novels'. We will also have three 'gourmet' chefs that have offered their services at the chalets and we also have a world renowned wine sommelier who will bring some wines for a wine and cheese tasting.
We have also enlisted 'Mother Nature' to conduct a chorus of uuwwes and aawwse from the large outside decks that promise a parade of sunrises and sunsets that can also be enjoyed from the two outdoor jacuzzi tubs.
We are in the process of seeking music gurus that will offer selections for hopeful participants of 'Dancing with the Stars'.
Make sure you are not left out of this 'once in a lifetime' opportunity!
As the 70's puppies are wont to say; Be there or be square!:)

@Cita ~ Yes, we are still roommates (why does this spelling look so wrong?). I will be calling three nanny candidates for interviews this week. I only need them Thurs./Fri. until Daddy gets home from work. No big deal. Worst case, I could ask my 23 yr old to take watch them.
This is sounding fun-fun - wine, cake, challenging mix CDs and dime store tiaras. Who could pass this up?

Who lives close by and is driving and would have room for a box of stuff? I need to mail a box that I won't be able to take on the plane.
