I clicked on this because I thought "word lube" was such a clever phrase and I was pleasantly surprised to find not just a chuckle but something much more useful.
Thank you! Isn't it wonderful how the Universe puts things on your path just as you need them? I did your meditation exercise (and will go back for more of the book later.) I had gotten out of the practice of meditating recently (my own Dark Night of the Soul...) but just listening to your voice brought me back. I had had a rather incredible Diksha session many years ago and I felt the same light with your meditaion. THANK YOU!
