Darling, my saccharine darling; the short-lived euphoria I felt when we met extruded a poem or two that weakened your knees and made you vertiginous; we spent a few days waking up together and now you are in love.

Please don't keep on saying you love me; that poor statement is so... abused.

Oh no, you furious lady, now you say you hate me; but, hate is so... impolite.

I never said I loved you, did I?

Even if I did, my dear naivetess... if you ever dare trust a poet - do not stop reading his work.

If you paid more attention, you would have known that I left you about two poems ago, my September darling; left you for good.

I like this story very much, there is some music in all this and some poetry; If you ever dare to trust a poet-do not stop reading his work, and last sentence is very beautiful ...I left you about two poems ago... You told this with very beautiful words.

I read somewhere that there are more poets than poetry readers. I think that is incorrect. The problem with that equation is that anyone who writes a poem is not a poet.

I do not comprehend a lot of poems, and sometimes I wonder whether the authors themselves do. It is quite possible that I am just that stupid or lack an ability to stretch my imagination.

P.S. Yours I got, and liked; it lacked the illogicalities. :)

Something I scribbled on one of my lazy days

And let’s not let the poet off the hook
So one begets sense vexed nary
True poetry must commence bibliophile to delve
Cimmerian depths of dictionary

Poetry is what writers write
When they're too damn lazy to write right
Hey, buddy those’re fightin’ words
Yea, to poet it is unsonorous verbiage integral of ill-refined pugilistic smite

Yes, one could say I am not a big fan of poetry, although I am trustworthy.

:) "Writer" could do, but not any writer... "poet" it is, not as a person who writes mostly poems, but a person with exceptional powers of expression and creation. Some writers have it, some don't...
