What can YOU say in six sentences?
My heart is keeping time to the lights flashing within my eyes and my mind chants 'one more step.'
Do it for your health they said, it's good for the heart they reminded me, They are all idiots my brain chides.
One more step to the top, one more step til I can drop into a chair with a tall boy of ice cold pilsner.
Of course I stumble, of course I fall, of course I reverse course and return to the source.
It's peaceful here, down here at the bottom where the climb begins tomorrow.
Tomorrow which holds a thousand yesterdays just before the day I vow the peak.

sometimes doing something today is just more than we can do. and sometimes, we end up dreading tomorrow for what we should do. great last line. and great title. we've all been there.
