Several months have passed since then and they are in April, where the weather is calm and cool, perfect for running.

Greg and Paul haven't spoken to each other, they haven't even inquired about one another.

On this faithful day of the fifth of April, around 7 am, there was noise coming from a part of the park, loud noise, as someone was directing a movie and speaking through a megaphone.

The former Olympian wandered over there with his run, curious as to what was afoot, and as he saw, he felt embarrassed.

There was his former apprentice, taking orders from his new coach, unable to say a thing to him, and when he did, he was reprimanded and given more sets to do.

"Well, well, guess he stopped me and joined the army," Greg said and started to laugh, then continued his run.

We only think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence.  Silly Paul.

A very strict coach.

Well, it kind of serves Paul right for being so cocky towards the end of his training with Greg. Did he really join the army, or did you just mean he was with a very strict coach?
