She is over him. She has moved on, is on the go, has put it all behind her, and no longer looks for his texts or phone calls every 30 seconds.

What a relief, her friends think, although, don't get them wrong, they love her to death and would do anything for her. It was just that she wore them down with the talk, talk, talk about him and her and how the affair was progressing and how it ended. They had to admit, the end was BRU-tal, omg!

No, she doesn't take the temperature of that relationship anymore, which she did incessantly from the glorious days last spring when it was an inferno to the moment, quite recently, when the corpse went cold.

I don't know why this particular older blog is suddenly getting comments. I mean, thanks, but it's weird.

Well thts nice piece of writing except the 1 part "Text and calls after almost every 30 seconds" God who call or text rite after every 30 sec no matter if they are madly in love with each other...

Rest is Great!!!

and i was like, all, like, you know? and then, like, i was all like, omgz and no lolz at all. friends schmiends.

nice. it's an interesting blend of apt description of very real tendencies in a lot of us, whether it's the genuine loss in hunting for those calls or the -dedication- of the friends, or the senses of excitement and barrenness of people with people.

Love the whole piece, but sentence number five is absolutely top notch in describing her milieu. Then that zinger at the end comes and gives the tale its fourth star.

sometimes she just realises how much she bored her friends about it and learns to keep quiet...

If she talk, talk, talked I'm sure he's now doing fine (omg did I say that?)
