Today, in California at Xanadu, the body of Charles Foster Kane was found by his nurse, dead on the floor at the top of the stairs. News flash: his final word was "Rosebud".
We turn to Jedediah Leland for more answers. "I don't know what I can tell you, I mean, old Charlie and I had sort of a falling out, you see, and once he lived in that castle with that opera singer...what's her name, Susan...we never spoke again."
The caretakers and movers have found rooms full of sculptures, artwork, pianos and even toys, jigsaw puzzles and an old sled. It's all being incinerated, except the old sled because the guys from American Pickers will give a hundred bucks and two Billy Beer cans for it.

Brother Steve, I bet that old sled would bring in some dough for sure. Look at the thousands of dollars people spend on movie costumes....
