Strong green-hazel eyes stared at her between a high school student with a backpack and a lady in a blue jacket seriously immersed in the pages of a glossy magazine. While the high school student rocked back and forth putting on his headphones, she could see ginger hair over those green-hazel eyes as he brushed it away. A tourist got up and blocked the green-hazel eyes with her luggage and large shopping bags filled with discounted products. Music was becoming more and more audible as the train approached her stop; she reluctantly stepped outside on the grimy platform with her bag strapped closely while incoming passengers pushed her. From the platform, she peeked through the dirty glass with tiny lines etched on it to glance once more. She saw the eyes and the intense expression moving away, the same face she had seen moving away from her when he left for New York City ten years ago.
