I learned more abuses in school than English prose, but I wanted to be a writer—I must’ve gone bonkers…but I thought I could churn out good stories and enthrall readers. I joined Critique Circle to learn the finer points of the craft from the future best sellers, and met this wonderful person, Diana, who helped me a lot and is continuing to do so.

And then we discovered our common interest in art as she took me on extended tours of Yorkshire and beyond through her breathtaking drawings. We not only shared our art, but also news of our families, and in the process became good friends. Through pictures and words we share everything that brings joy, and by now, I’m perfectly at home in Yorkshire and she at Jodhpur.

When hearts and minds unite, distance doesn’t matter—in a way it is better because closeness is known to breed contempt.

          Cheers!

Those inviting pieces of art were perfect accompaniments. This is a wonderful tribute to friendship.

I am blushing from ear to ear now, Ravi. I'm not sure I have ever before been referred to as a wonderful person.

Great maiden 6.

The best way to meet kindred souls is to pursue exactly what makes us smile each day. Nice 6!
