Latent Savant Paradox

I call it the Latent Savant Paradox - everybody is really good at something.  It doesn’t matter what it is, they are better than almost anyone else at doing one thing.  It could be could be picking the perfectly ripened melon at the grocery store or hitting treble three in darts.  It might be doing word jumble puzzles or picking out perfect-fitting shoes.  Everyone has some ability they excel at but they may not know it.  Unfortunately, Tim's ability was expertly using those barf bags to throw up when you are on a plane; something he did quite frequently.

Could you go into the expertise required to use those bags?  There may be a trick that I don't know about.  Also, why does Tim need to fly?  These details might be even more hysterical than your 6S.
