I made up my mind and loaded the revolver. Time to do what should have been done long ago. My soon-to-be-ex-wife is going to be out of my life forever. I just heard her car door slam outside so I’m aiming right where her heart will be when she comes in through the front door. Here we go, the door is opening, I’m squeezing the trigger, ha, will she be surprised and no court in the land will convict me, because this just has to be justifiable homicide. Well, someone was surprised, but it wasn’t her—it was my new girlfriend who came over to see me on her supper break and is now dying on the front yard.

That's why you should never write while you're killing someone. Not a good multi-tasking combo.
