Gita's Challenge: My perfect little town

The town where everything is in it's proper place.  All the children are cared for and their parents are involved in their lives.  Everyone knows their neighbors and isn't afraid to help out if they see a need.  The paths to and from school are safe, and everyone turns out on Thursday night for Back to School night.  No one is being hurt, and nothing is being stolen.  And, most of all, there are no cell phones!

Indeed, a safe place sans fear of people walking and texting.  Cheers.

No cell phones -- why didn't I think of that? Yes yes yes.

That fifth sentence is amazing.  It's all Obama and Romney need to promise America.

I love safety, order, and the absence of fear, too.  Sounds like a beautiful place.
