Book Wish List
Ten-year-old James gobbles up e-books like candy. For this Christmas, he shared his book wish list with his mom. The following is what he’s looking for in a book:
1. Time-travel
2. Adventure
3. A boy around his age for a main character
4. Something not too long
5. Something not too short.
The following is what James’s mom wants in a book for him:
1. No foul language
2. No sex
3. Something wholesome
4. Something for under $5.00
5. Something she could download from Amazon or a secure website that takes Paypal.
Maybe James and his mom would like In a Pickle, a Middle Grade time-travel adventure by Beth Overmyer.
P.S. Did I mention Christmas is coming?

Congratulations on your forthcoming publication, Beth. I will be downloading it for my granddaughters.
No apologies needed. It seems that you have to be unashamedly self-promoting if you want to get anywhere with your writing. Ask any of the published writers on 6S.
