Woefully lacking in dollar or crown.

Eager for fame, he created pastiche,

Reels of ironic film so niche

That only one came to see

Yon scholar hanging from a tree.

Was the film titled Closet Land?  I think I was the only one in the theater.  I wanted to hang myself.  Radha Bharadwaj was never heard from again.
