Ok, to be upbeat with how life is going.
There is beauty in every moment, we have to love and share and be able to pass this on both good and bad.When sorrow enters my thoughts I must remember the happy times I had with friends and family. Childhood on the beach, Poppa's smile, he flaps my hands around like crazy! Fresh crab for dinner and veggies from his garden, huge tomatoes red and bursting. This is all I need.
