Paleness and delight in a street called Fireheart

The lights beam suddenly against my eyes, flashes hit at different speeds, penetrating my withering skull.
Shocks jolt my lone heart in to submission, as the windows don't move into save my body.
Like termites of the night, they steal from my cold dead body, eyes wide in death.
I stare from above in disbelief at the moralless beast taking from my still body.
The killer even comes back for more, knowing the termites won't say anything, they just look on.
Their lone light has finally gone.
