New Short Story to Appear in The Drabbler #14

I got an email yesterday morning from the editor of The Drabbler, a science fiction publication from Sam's Dot Publishing in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The editor (who calls herself The Boortean Ambassador) informed me that my drabble short story was accepted for publication in The Drabbler #14 - When Genetic Experiments Go Awry. R.I.P. Steven Sumner 1975-2009

I wish I were writing today under happier circumstances, but unfortunately the inevitable has happened. Many of you know Libby Sumner. Libby's husband, Steven Sumner, passed away yesterday afternoon. He was 34 years old. As many of you know, Steven had been fighting diabetes most of his life, as well as several other illnesses in the past few years.

A couple days ago I got an email from Coscom Entertainment editor, A.P. Fuchs, accepting three of my poems for an upcoming poetry collection.
