Thoughts are things

The signs are everywhere if you pay attention.

There are so many lessons to be learned and so many ways to learn them.

The key is to be observant and watch what you are thinking.

Hold your thoughts, carry your thoughts, listen to them and ask them where they came from.

People often say thoughts become things but they are actually things.

Perhaps what is more shocking is that most of them are not necessarily your own.
