- I love to read and write, especially about myths and about politics. I'm a big movie fan. I have a fiction novel to finish writing but now I'm concerned with alerting people about the need to slow down pollution and speed up healing the earth.
I also enjoy photography. I'm not familiar with digital cameras but I'm learning!
I live on the island of Crete with my family, although my daughters will both be in Athens soon attending university.

21 years after my visit to Toronto and more people homeless, not less. Hard to believe.

Tripping over the man’s legs that were stretched over the heating grate in the sidewalk etched many things into my mind about my second trip to Toronto. Many things have been tucked away for never forgetting.

Boy, I haven't been around much lately and have missed you all.
I was invited to do an interview on a two hour BlogTalkRadio show called ASNYC Saturday Edition and ended up as a co-anchor/reporter/straightman and Andy is talking about having me sing for both Andy's Saturday Edition and his Sunday World Today Radio program. (singing? yep.)

- Hello Vicki, thank you for your kind comments. I have been out of the loop for a while due to work on the house and garden. My husband and I have also had a few health issues. I now see a light at the end of a long dark tunnel. The kitchen is progressing well, albeit slowly. It is finally a pleasure to enter, being full of light and warmth.
