Do you have the courage to jump in – Mind, body and spirit-
To experience all that you are?
To admit to yourself all that you want?
To completely feel what you really feel?
Personally, I’m a bit of a coward, but today I yearn to jump in and touch life –utterly and fully, from top to bottom and from tip to toe.
But of course it depends a lot on how I feel tomorrow.

It always begins with hearts of romaine, baby spinach and just a bit of crisp, shredded cabbage – for texture, mainly – dumped into a the biggest bowl I can find.



Returning to the fridge, I begin deceptively strategic harvesting: zucchini, red bell peppers, artichoke hearts, LOTS of sweet onion, feta cheese, black olives, maybe some edemame, cooked quinoa…everybody, really, except for the baby carrots.
