I don't think the word itself, sorry has just as much meaning or acceptance as it is meant to, as after saying it the victim say "Thats ok" but it still doesn't make it any better than before you said it, or take any off the guilt thats eating you from the inside away, maybe its the actions you take to fix it and prove yourself, or maybe time is the key to forgivness -- Only time will tell...
