It's been an interesting day compared with yesterday. Yesterday I was panicked, worried about outcomes, terrified that I would let them all down in our upcoming annual audit. My heart has not been in it for a while now; rather write 6'ers than procedures! In sheer desperation I visited my hypnotherapist.

Today my fear has abaited, the tumble turn tummy has settled, I got work done ... and a six!

There has been an interruption to April; a distraction from a month of fun, work and play of Easter treats and celebrations of new life. Instead we hang our heads in sorrow and wail the griever’s song.

Mornings in March are marvellous here in the tropics. The steaminess has been replaced by a crisp freshness, still warm enough to be wearing a sarong but the ambiance that made our skin weep has disappeared.
