I'm 33 years old and live near Winston-Salem, NC. I'm married to a woman that puts up with me wonderfully, and we have a 13 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I've been a musician since I was about 9 years old (guitar, bass, drums and banjo). I have been on a writing hiatus for several years, and the desire finally overcame my laziness. I love the 6S format because it forces me to be clear, concise and use only words that are needed. It feels great to be writing again, and I'm having a lot of fun reading all of the posts here. There are certainly a lot of talented people here!

We've been art buddies, Jeremy and I, for some time now, because he gets my writing and I get his paintings; two mediums, one love. I walked into his studio to water his plants while he was in 'Frisco for a couple of weeks to "get his groove down."
