- I am an author. My novel, Whispers from St. Mary's Well, set in St. Mary's County, Maryland in the 1800s is now available at amazon.com. My short story, "In Touch with Faith," was published in a Chicken Soup for the Soul book. I wrote my first poem when I was seven years old and have always wanted to be a writer, but life intruded. Now, I am finally able to focus fully on my passion for writing fiction.
