Do you remember when we smoked that horrible Black and Mild and split a caipirinha down in Miami? There was a drunken couple sitting next to us, singing at the top of their lungs, and our bartender was laughing at them - the bartender with the skin condition that gave her blotchy, tan-and-white hands.
