I'm fourteen year old boy trapped in a sixty-year old body. Naw, not really. I'm just sixty years old--but still dream and wonder at the mysteries of the universe like a fourteen year old boy.

I just liket to write. . .

I like to write. Mostly novels, true. Hard-boiled, noir crime fiction. Heroic sci/fi and fantasy. Sometimes a few short stories--and even some poetry. I've been both published and self-published. Yet so far I haven't made enough dough to rub two nickles together. Still, like all writers, the dream lives on. I'll be 'discovered' as a fresh new voice and a huge contract will be offered.

Dreams. The stuff that we all live for.

She was angry. This tiny bundle of two was tired and wanted to be held by someone--but everyone was momentarily involved and could not reach down and comply. Tired, rejected, and quick of temper, she explodes in a fit of crying anger. Her mother, in a gesture of momentary compromise, offers a peace offering of a small tidbit to eat. The imp--the angel--the cherub--takes the offered morsel, half turns to face the dining room entrance, lifts her hand gripping the edible insult up and then back ove… Continue

Embers of Passions Smoldering

Okay, one more set of poetic tomfoolery, and then I'm done.

Tell me you love me;
Let ruby lips play across a sweaty soul,
kindling embers of passion smoldering.
