Time to finish any of my dozen projects.......just one! Time to lose some weight!
I like cold coffee, if it hasn't soured on me, and isn't too old.
Heaven to me? Walking into my apartment, and my kitty is curling herself around my legs and talking to me, happy I'm home. Can I stay and play? And feed her? And more play?

Permalink Reply by Jeanette Cheezum on May 31, 2012 at 4:13pm As most of you know...things have been very dramatic/stressful in our family for some time now. Tom and I were able to escape for six days. WONDERFUL! We relaxed, talked, walked and slept in. We felt so much better. THEN we came home and within two hours we plugged back in to all the stress. BUT! At least we had six days to rejuvenate.

One thing I learned from my dad was how to lie in self-defense. What I never learned was how to lie properly.
Most of the time, I'm okay; but sometimes when I write it seems like the bottom of that well got a bit deeper, and I'm much too close to the bottom. Then again, that's where the good stuff is.
War is stupid, wasteful, and pointless. Old men, it's said, start wars, young men fight them.

Lifetime has a penchant for coming up with horrendously unrealistic shows (I'm sorry, but NOBODY gets stranded on an island with THAT good-looking of a guy.....it just does not happen.) I am reading a truly strange book by the name of Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood. I love it. I'm done now, Robert, are you happy? I said it.
