Much of   IT  has already been said.

Goodnight, Gracie.
Happy New Year Everyone!

Why is common sense so uncommon?

Why do all my parts seem to want to stop working correctly right now, just because I'm getting older (never mind how old!)? Is anything still working okay?

Time to finish any of my dozen projects.......just one! Time to lose some weight!

I like cold coffee, if it hasn't soured on me, and isn't too old.

Heaven to me? Walking into my apartment, and my kitty is curling herself around my legs and talking to me, happy I'm home. Can I stay and play? And feed her? And more play?

When your not a plumber a pipe bending machine makes a Rubik Cube look easy.

(It may not be philosophy Robert .... but it's all I got.)

<---- goes back to pipe bending.

thought taking a vacation would allow me to reconnect with myself and i could start writing again... mmm... don't even want to look at old things... want to delete it and burn it and do everything starting from scratch...

Those iPhone commercials with John Malkovich are so freaking annoying.

As most of you know...things have been very dramatic/stressful in our family for some time now. Tom and I were able to escape for six days. WONDERFUL! We relaxed, talked, walked and slept in. We felt so much better. THEN we came home and within two hours we plugged back in to all the stress. BUT! At least we had six days to rejuvenate.

NICE.  :)

wants to remember what happy feels like. and figure out why it's so hard to write more than a six.

can't wait for july.

my cat is seeing ghosts and i think she's going to leap off the desk and attack any second now.

I think we'd all dig a six about a ghost-seeing cat.  Get going!

Robert McEvily rocks!

My cat watches the clock, I think she thinks the sweep hand is a creature.

40 years, no, make that 45, and I still miss him.

I often wonder what I'd do if I ran into him and if we'd even recognize one another.  Either way, its a bit scary.

I"m not sure which leaves bigger scars,  verbal abuse or physical.  Maybe there is no way to quantify either of them.

One thing I learned from my dad was how to lie in self-defense. What I never learned was how to lie properly.

Most of the time, I'm okay;  but sometimes when I write it seems like the bottom of that well got a bit deeper, and I'm much too close to the bottom.   Then again, that's where the good stuff is.

War is stupid, wasteful, and pointless.  Old men, it's said, start wars, young men fight them.

My hyperactive imagination just made a serial killer tap on my window and THAT is why I fell out of bed just now...promise. I hate being guilt tripped. My right knee has fallen asleep. Lifetime has a penchant for coming up with horrendously unrealistic shows (I'm sorry, but NOBODY gets stranded on an island with THAT good-looking of a guy.....it just does not happen.) I am seriously considering going to his work and doing frowned-upon things on the patio display sets....his supervisor be damned. If me and Cita are going to Vegas for my birthday I'm going to need two things: champagne and a new wardrobe. I want some starfruit. Cream cheese frosting is AH-mazing. I am reading a truly strange book by the name of Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood. I love it. I'm done now, Robert, are you happy? I said it.
