Is competition good?

I don't like the way it makes me feel, but other folks obviously thrive on it.  There must be room in the world for both types, I think.

Why don't you write a six about hating it and post it here?  Then we would have a little more to discuss.

When I think of the word competition I think of that line from Steve Buscemi in Armageddon as he was being launched into space on the shuttle:

"You know we're sitting on four million pounds of fuel, one nuclear weapon and a thing that has 270,000 moving parts built by the lowest bidder."
