You're right. Goober is a great funny word! For a mastiff owner, goobers are usually about 8 inches long, hanging from each jowl. I try really hard to wipe them before they become flingers (self explanatory). The little pieces of ick that are trapped in them are called floaters. Sometimes I wonder if the floaters are from dinners consumed weeks or months before, but I certainly hope not.

My favourite word: schadenfreude only because I love saying it...
The word that makes me laugh: jollification because nobody believes it's a word!
