I'm wandering around this joint and trying to figure out - how to invite friends? You need a email. Or am I just techno-illiterate? Peace, Linda

I found that if I click on the name and or picture - it brings you to their page ( within our group) and then you can invite that way. Otherwise I think you have to email, provided you have that information available. It is all so new - I feel like I am stumbling around it a bit.
Me too - stumbling. I'm learning in bits and pieces. Hey, you learned pretty quick how to start a discussion! Nice going!

I'll try to post instructions about anything I find out. Adam and Don quickly uploaded music once I set up the player... I still don't know how to do it myself!!!
Rob,
On your profile page there'll be a little green "+" labeled "Add Music". It should be on the left side of the page. Then just follow the directions. :)

If you're still having trouble let me know.

Speaking of which, what do you think of my selections? ;P
Very cool stuff! Diggin' the Papa Roach, love Jimmy Eat World, and thanks to you that was the first time I've heard Johnny Depp do "My Friends" - nice. I actually saw the original Sweeney Todd with Len Cariou and Angela Lansbury. I've had Time Burton's version in my Netflix queue since forever - gotta get that baby delivered!
Oh, you'll love it! It was phenomenal.

I swear if my Blood Raven books get made into movies I'm gonna demand Tim Burton direct and Danny Elfman score.
Adding music is fairly intuitive unless you have to add something from more than one folder on your hard drive. Then, the navigation gets a little rocky. I screwed it up several times before I got my first batch of songs up. It is learnable with practice, though.
I didn't think the navigation was very bad at all, but then I'm pretty computer savvy (not as much as I'd like though). I'm one of those pesky people who doesn't read instruction manuals. :P But yes, practice does indeed make perfect.

I like your selections by the way, Don.
Ditto!
Can you do it from iTunes?
Yes and No. I figured out I can upload podcasts from my iTunes folder, because they come in mp3 format. But the music itself, no, because it's ACC format.
Adam, sorry for the annoying questions, but how do I get music in the mp3 format? (I'm only familiar with iTunes - I'm a Mac guy.)
I'm sorry to say this is one I can't answer. Even though I grew up on Apple IIs and Macs I've had nothing but PCs since I started surfing the intarweeb.

**shouts** Is there a Mac techie in the house!?!

Also, there is the option to upload mp3s from a website instead of your computer by pasting in the link if you find an mp3 on a website.
